The following conditions cancel and replace the previous conditions.

The order will be canceled and no fees will be charged. ​11. Good buy

12. Personalization

In any circumstance, Dagueart cannot be held liable in this regard.
Any request for registration of a hateful nature or encouraging violence, in particular of a discriminatory, racist or xenophobic nature will be the subject of a specific examination and will lead to a refusal of service and a refusal of sale. . 13. Validation of an order

15. Right to Cancel Order
Dagueart only accepts returns and/or exchanges for items that have not undergone a personalization option (laser engraving or other):

No order cancellation without reasonable cause will be accepted. Any cancellation of order after receipt of payment by Dagueart must be the subject of an in-depth analysis. Dagueart reserves the right to freely contact the customer in order to obtain additional information regarding the cancellation of an order.

Confirmation of an order cancellation is mandatory from Dagueart before returning an item. Otherwise, sending the item back to the customer will be charged return shipping costs.
Except for those who are in adequacy with the criteria of guarantee, the articles having undergone a personalization or being the subject of a promotion, a temporary reduction or a combined offer will not be returned, nor exchanged, except defect manufacturing manifest, damage not resulting from transport for delivery, defects or manifest errors on the part of Dagueart.

The delivery of items ordered on www.dagueart.com is made to the address indicated in the form when ordering (which may be different from the billing address) and can only be located in one of the aforementioned destinations. .
In the event of delivery failure due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the latter is informed and expressly accepts that additional costs may be invoiced to him.
The buyer is informed before the validation of his order of the possible delivery methods for the items ordered as well as the deadlines and costs corresponding to each of these methods.
The buyer must select the desired delivery method and provide all the information necessary for the smooth running of the delivery.
In the event of delivery failure due to an incorrect or incomplete address or falsely entered by the buyer, additional costs may be charged to him.

A contribution to the shipping costs is requested for all deliveries outside Switzerland.
Particularity: Outside the European Union and European territory, any duties and taxes that Dagueart cannot determine in advance and of which it cannot inform the customer prior to his order, remain the full responsibility of the customer, who is solely responsible for the proper fulfillment of any declarations, formalities, or payment of additional and necessary customs clearance costs.
Important: Daguert.com does not deliver its packages to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to unauthorized customers.
​18. Delivery times
Due to the customizable and specific nature of the items, the delivery time is 72 hours on Swiss territory. It may however be less than this maximum time.

Outside Swiss territory and depending on the destination or the delivery method selected, the 72-hour period cannot be guaranteed. Transit time and any customs clearance or release formalities applied by the country of destination that Dagueart cannot know in advance.
​
The customer acknowledges and accepts that outside Switzerland, Dagueart does not guarantee a delivery time of 72 hours. He must inform himself about the additional delivery time according to the delivery terms applicable to the country of the destination address.
In the event of failure to deliver within the time allowed, the buyer may terminate the order, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing on another medium allowing Dagueart to have direct and unlimited access to it.
In this specific case, Dagueart will first offer the customer, by e-mail, to make the delivery within a reasonable additional period. If the customer does not accept these conditions, he confirms again, by return e-mail, his desire to cancel the order.
In this case, all sums already committed will be fully refunded within 14 days of the date of final termination of the order.
If the registered letter or the writing mentioned beforehand crosses the sending of an article, the order will not be able to be cancelled.
19. Damage during shipment
The risks during the shipment are the responsibility of the customer once the order has left the Dagueart warehouse. The customer is required to check the conformity and good condition of the goods delivered immediately at the time of delivery and before signing any form attesting to delivery by the carrier.
Any complaint relating to damage occurring during transport must be made by a reasoned declaration to the carrier within 3 days from the date of delivery. A copy of this complaint must be systematically sent to Dagueart so that it can take cognizance of it.

​20. Shipping cost

Delivery costs for the entire Swiss territory are free. Items are sent with a tracking number which is forwarded to the customer within 24 hours of an item being handed over to the delivery service.

Delivery costs for all other destinations include additional costs for items that are indicated during the ordering process. Deliveries outside Switzerland also include a tracking number sent to the customer within 24 hours of the delivery of an item to the delivery service.

21. Legal guarantees

The item must be returned in its entirety to Dagueart and in its original packaging. It must be accompanied by a copy of the corresponding purchase invoice (printing of the online invoice transmitted during the order, in order to be able to identify and link the customer, the order and the article).
Returns of items that do not comply with the terms described above cannot and will not be processed.
Dagueart will carry out the necessary checks and will offer the customer the repair or replacement of the item as far as possible. If the repair or replacement of the article is impossible, Dagueart will reimburse the customer for the full price paid for the article as well as the corresponding delivery costs by a means defined between the customer and Dagueart at the latest within 14 days. following the date on which Dagueart informed it of the impossibility of replacing or repairing the item.
The warranty excludes any defect due to normal wear and tear, unusual stress likely to damage the item or voluntary degradation.

The effective two-year warranty only applies to items sold on www.dagueart.com. The various benefits and services do not include any guarantee, unless otherwise provided for in a specific contract between the customer and Dagueart.
22. Use for marketing and advertising purposes
Dagueart reserves the right to insert on any page of the site and in any communication to customers advertising or promotional messages or messages for marketing purposes.

28. Applicable law and jurisdiction

A. Addition to the Law on Knives
